On-site Full-service Medical Examination

Take note of the date you scheduled your exam on, as you will be required to have the exam completed at our centre. The settling of payments and fees must also be settled on this day. Make sure to be well-rested and well-nourished on the day of your examination! Note that follow-up tests and recommendations are also given to our clients when we see fit-- but don’t worry! You can rest assured that we will communicate any further requirements, as we push through the process.

Exam Result Submission

Once your IME is complete, you can rest easy-- we will submit your digital results to Immigration Canada, which is usually submitted 5 to 10 days after your exam. We will also notify you once we submit the report. You can also check the status of your report online by CLICKING HERE.

  • A furtherance is a process that is initiated by the IRCC directly to you, the patient.
  • Although additional cost may be required for further testing and specialist consultations, a follow up appointment with the panel physician is required.

We are a complete immigration medical centre to expedite your process for medical exams for premanement residency. All the tests are performed on-site including X-Rays. We will submit your results to the government electronically.

Ontario Medical Examiners clinic has two branches, one is located in Cambridge which serves the Kitchener/Waterloo/London/Brantford and surrounding areas and the other one in Malton (Derry Rd. Mississauga) which serves Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Oakville, the G.T.A. and beyond.

Order Your Report

Upon completion of your examination on your appointment day, you will be provided with a copy of your eMedical Information Sheet which is all that you will require as proof of medical. If requested, we are able to provide you with a copy of your complete report for a $20 fee. If any blood or x-ray results are abnormal we will contact you to review.  Please note purchasing a report is not necessary. You are not required to purchase a copy of your exam report, but if you wish to do so, you can order one below.

Please note that if you place an order for your report before it has been submitted it will result in a significant delay in processing time. We kindly request that you wait 10 business days following your medical before placing an order for your report.

All blood and urine testing is completed in our office. The x-ray office is either in the same complex (Cambridge) or on-site (Malton).
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada will provide you with instructions on when you will be able to get your medical exam completed. Once you have received the instructions, please contact us to book your exam and that meets the requirements of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada timelines.
