Exam Prices

Patients are required to pay the following fees for the medical exam.
Payment for the exam is due at the time of your appointment.
All parts of the exam are done on site during your visit, no additional travel required.

Age 0-11
$110
  • Clients 10 years and younger are NOT required to have an x-ray or blood testing.
  • Payment is by credit card, debit and cash only.(Blue Cross insurance accepted)
AGE 11+
$135 +$25 for routine blood work
  • Clients 11+ years older are required to have a chest X-ray and routine blood work completed.
  • The x-ray office charges $40-$50 additional.
  • Payment is by credit card, debit and cash only.(Blue Cross insurance accepted)
Furtherance
$25-$60 The price depends on what treatment is required
  • A furtherance is a process that is initiated by the IRCC directly to you, the patient.
  • Although additional cost may be required for further testing and specialist consultations, a follow up appointment with your panel physician is required.

Immigration Medical Exam Process

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada will provide you with instructions on when to get your medical exam done. Once you receive the instructions, follow the steps below. Upront medical examinations are accepted, please book your appointment online or phone/email our office.

Book your Immigration Medical Examination (IME) with one of our Panel Physicinas online, by phone or by email. Be sure to schedule an appointment that meets Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada guidelines.
The complete immigration medical exam is done at our centre. We also provide urine and blood testing, and have an x-ray clinic in our building so you can complete the additional testing you need in one location. You are required to pay for your exam on the day of your appointment.
Once your complete immigration medical exam is done, we electronically send the results to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. We will also give you a document with your case number (IME/UMI) to confirm that you have completed your exam. Reports are submitted within 5-10 days of your exam

Order Your Report

Upon completion of your examination on your appointment day, you will be provided with a copy of your eMedical Information Sheet which is all that you will require as proof of medical. If requested, we are able to provide you with a copy of your complete report for a $20 fee. If any blood or x-ray results are abnormal we will contact you to review.  Please note purchasing a report is not necessary. You are not required to purchase a copy of your exam report, but if you wish to do so, you can order one below.

Order Your Exam Report Online

 You can order your report only if it has been submitted.

 Purchasing your report is not required as Immigration will have the complete immigration medical report sent to them directly.  If any blood or x-ray results are abnormal we will contact you to review. We will email your report via our secure electronic medical records system. You will be required to type in your identification information before accessing the file. We aim to provide your copy promptly, typically within three business days.
